Payment Information

Full payment must be received within 15 days of your registration in order for your registration to be complete. The following payments are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, company check or bank wire transfer.
Credit card payments are accepted through the online registration system only.

Cancellations and Substitutions

Conference registration fees are refundable, less $300 Service Fee. To receive a refund, provide your request in writing to USRTS, LLC at [email protected] or via fax to +1.650.240.2222. Requests must be received by January 1, 2005. After January 1, 2005, refunds will not be issued.

Transfers and substitutions are accepted without fees or penalties. To designate another person to attend in your place, provide your request in writing to USRTS, LLC via email or fax (as noted above).
