Ivan Oskolkov

Ivan Oskolkov is Head of the Department of Corporate Governance of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. Previously, Ivan was CEO of the Guild of Investment and Financial Analysts and Deputy Chairman of the Russian National Association of Securities Market Participants. Before that, he was Managing Partner of Labrium Consulting and Head of Research at EnergoCapital Investment Company.

Ivan is also a professor on the Faculty of Economics of the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg State University.

Ivan holds an MSc in applied mathematics from St. Petersburg State University, an MA in financial economics from the European University at St. Petersburg, and a PhD in economics from the St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance.
