Donald Dixon

Donald Dixon is Senior Managing Director of Trident Capital and has been with Trident since cofounding the firm in 1993. From 1988-1993, Don was Co President of Partech International, a private equity fund manager associated with Banque Paribas. From 1983 88, he was Managing Director of Alex. Brown &
Sons. Earlier in his career, Don was a Vice President of Morgan Stanley & Co. and a Senior Account Officer at Citibank. He served as a Lieutenant in the US Navy during the Vietnam War.

Don serves as a director of AccountNow, Advanced Payment Solutions, ByteMobile, Clarus Systems, Merchant e-Solutions, Neohapsis, Profex, Qualys, RoyaltyShare, Solexant and Syndero. He is also on the investment committee of Mustang Ventures, an affiliated China fund of Trident Capital Fund VI.

Donald's past directorships include Affiliated Computer Services, Anasazi (acquired by Pegasus Solutions), BankAmerica Merchant Services, BlueStar Solutions (acquired by ACS), CSG Systems International, Epicor Software Corporation, Epoch Partners (acquired by Goldman Sachs), Evolving Systems, InfoUSA, Pegasus Systems, Signio (acquired by Verisign), Sygate Technologies (acquired by Symantec) and Unison Software (acquired by IBM).

Donald holds a BSE from Princeton University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
