Dr. Aloy Chife

Dr. Aloy Chife is a proven executive with a demonstrated track record of ICT management. He served as Director for Apple Computers in Silicon Valley, California, USA, and as IT Director for Enron Corporation, Houston, Texas, USA, before founding SW Global eight years ago. This, and other IT companies were acquired by Kutana Corp.; appointing Dr. Chife CEO. Kutana Corp. is a conglomerate based in Mauritius that promotes information technology as a tool for development in Africa and emerging markets. Its areas of specialized interest are SaaS / ASP, financial intermediation and consumer aggregation. Kutana Corp. aims to create a public company with equity value of $US 1 Billion in the next three years.

Dr. Chife is the author of The Political Economy of Post-Cold War Africa and has been recognized as a Nigerian 'Millennium Model', a media-sponsored program that recognizes great individual achievement worthy of emulation by Nigerians. Dr. Chife holds a Ph.D. (Economics) from the London School of Economics, where he studied as a British Foreign and Commonwealth Office Scholar.
